Ed Hermes is a father, husband, member of the Osborn Elementary School District Governing board, lawyer, and community activist. Ed is running for Phoenix City Council because he has a passion for our city and the experience and willpower to get results.

Ed believes that YES, we can make our city safer. YES, we can improve our streets, parks, and public transit. YES, we can make housing more affordable and strengthen public schools. When the powers that be tell us change is impossible, Ed Hermes is bold enough to disagree. He knows positive change is possible, because he’s done it as a school board member, neighborhood association president, and community activist.
